St. Eugene School uses The Creative Curriculum which balances both teacher-directed and child-initiated learning, with an emphasis on responding to children's learning styles and building on their strengths and interests. This curricula applies the latest theory and research on best practices in teaching and learning and the content standards developed by states and professional organizations. Children in our Early Childhood program encounter Jesus Christ as the Good Shepherd, a loving caretaker and protector who wants to keep them safely by his side.
The Lower School at St. Eugene consists of students in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. Students receive instruction in Religion, Reading, English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, with technology integrated into all content areas. Students in First through Fifth grade attend Mass once a week and participate in Enrichment Classes in Music, Art and Physical Education.

The Upper School at St. Eugene consists of grades Six through Eight. The classes follow a departmental approach and students switch classes and teachers for Religion, Reading/English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Spanish. Advanced math students take Algebra I and the Regents exam during their Eighth Grade year. Students attend Mass once a week and participate in Enrichment Classes in Music, Art and Physical Education.
