We offer a safe, educational, fun setting for children from dismissal until 5:30pm each day.

The After Cares program (Afters) will be offered at a monthly rate for the 2024-2025 school year. Monthly fees for May and June will be pre-billed on your May invoice.

Monthly Rates

• 1 Child - $250 per month
• Siblings - additional $50 per child/per month
• One Time Registration Fee - $25 per family
• Optional Daily Rate $30 per child/per day

Billing for Afters will be billed through Blackbaud (formerly Smart Tuition) on your monthly tuition statements on the 1st of each month. All Blackbaud invoices are due by the 15th of each month.

*Registration for October must be completed by September 13th in order to be billed on their October invoice. Registrations received after this date will be billed in November for both October and November’s monthly fees.

UPK families who do not have tuition accounts will have to submit a check on the 1st of each month to be able to use Afters. Please include your child’s name and grade on check payments.

Families are asked to pack a snack and drink for your child to have at the beginning of the afternoon in Afters. We encourage children to begin their homework before they can play with peers. The teachers and staff working the program offer assistance with homework. In addition to doing homework, students are involved in various activities including games, videos, coloring or arts & crafts, etc. We do not allow use of electronics unless it is for homework purposes.

The Afters program ends at 5:30pm, we ask that you arrive prior to 5:30pm to pick up your child.
The late pick up fee is $1 per minute after 5:30pm.

All caregivers picking up will have to initial next to the pick up time on the sign out sheet each day. Families consistently late picking up their children will be removed from the program.

Saint Eugenes will have Afters available on select early dismissal days as indicated on the school calendars. Families who are enrolled monthly will automatically be placed in the Afters program following the early dismissal time. Families not enrolled monthly may utilize the optional daily drop in rate plan of $30 per child/per day.

Parents must provide lunch on early dismissal days, in addition to afternoon snack for their children.

There will be no discounted monthly rate on months with holiday breaks. The regular monthly rate will still be billed.
